Time to Celebrate - New Year
Hi friends, welcome back! I'm posting a card using a digi stamp from Create With TLC . They have a wide range of pretty digi stamps for any occasion.Go check out their site!
TIME TO CELEBRATE
To color the digi stamp, I used color box ink and blended it with Crayola color pencils. I just used wet cotton buds to do the blending process. To create the glittery confetti, I used metallic blue pen and blue glitter pen. I made two copies of the stamp and used the second copy to make a glittery 3D balloon.
I just love taking photos!
