I'm sharing my latest creation, Lulu's Garden. I'm using an image from The Crafty Pad ,Lulu with Flower Bouquet. My card is an easel type, the circle is about 5 inches in diameter. I'm really going for girly embellishments galore!!
I colored the image with Crayola color pencils mixed with Faber - Castell color pens.
Lulu's dress was colored lavander, violet and yellow.
I decorated the front of the card with pink rhinestones, and 3D roses made from Sizzix die.
Then, I placed a pearl in the middle of each rose.
The printed paper on the background is by Webster's Pages Garden Picnic.
This is what the card looks like when opened. Pearls serve as the stopper.
For the inner panel, I further decorated it with striped paper; punched butterflies by Martha Stewart punch; a vintage lace (given by my sister) and a lavander deco-ribbon (also give by my sister). I stamped the sentiment on a circle paper and trimmed the edges with scallop edger scissors. The stamp is by Ali Edwards.
Here's an overhead view of the card. So, what do you think?
