Hello friends, it's me Venus.
Today I'm sharing a scrapbook layout that I made
following a sketch by Lady Grace at Filipino Scrapbookers Challenge Blog

I rummaged through my photos and found this picture taken in 2009 during
at our friend's wedding. We were all in black and red that day. Very glamorous!

Before putting on the layers, I sprayed the base sheet with Glimmer Mist in Burnt Red.
Most of the papers I used came from my collection of Websters Pages an DCWV Heirloom Stack.
It's hard to part ways with old and beautiful stuff, you know.
The lace border and the strips on the background are all from one sheet of paper.

I love the dainty die cut accent from Memory Box, so I used it as an overlay to the clock face cutout.
I don't know where to find am "&" sign so I decided to just doodle it.

I'd like to thank Yellow Violet House for the Memory Box die cut accent.

Supplies:
Papers: DCWV Heirloom, DCWV cardstock, Webster's Pages
Trims: Websters pages
Ink: Glimmer Mist
Others: Die Cut accent by Memory Box, black gems, Tim Holtz distresser
