A Garden Picnic

Hello everyone, Venus here! If you we able to hop in through We Heart Paper Crafts, then you're on the right track :-) Welcome to Sisters Craft Cafe. This is the new blog that my sister Luanne and I share.

Today I'm sharing a card with a garden picnic in mind.I created this is a gate-fold card with a belt wth yellow, blue, brown, and green motif.I'm showcasing  The Crafty Pad image Flowers and Watering Can. This is a beautiful digi that is easy to color and incorporate in your garden and spring themed projects.

To color the image, I used Crayola color pens and Faber-Castell color Pens. After coloring, I spritzed a bit of Tattered Angels glimmer mist over the image. This immediately adds color to the background and fine glimmer on the image.

Inside the card, I added a bit of embellishments like paper flowers and 

butterflies, and a punched border.
